I am looking for bar stool plans, swiveling. With arms. Elegant would be a good description. Can anybody point me to some good plans?

Not sure about plans, but when you are ready for hardware, I don't think anyone knows more about swivel chair parts than these folks: http://www.swivel-chair-parts.com/
I used to know the guy who ran it in Houston (Don), but I think he either moved, or, his kids are running it or he sold it.
