Appears to be a diamond drag engraving... am I correct?. Some of the fonts designed for the Rotary Engravers are unique to the manufacture... But my guess would be Garamond the open P is a clue

Check "Berndhard" font family.

It's very close to Goudy or Goudy Old Style. It has a diamond shape for the dot on the i, and that's one of the few fonts I've seen with that. However, the descender on the J doesn't match Goudy. Most of the other stuff matches it fairly well.
