It's happening on right side (400 - 600 mm from left side).
What is your opinion?

possibly some debris on a spot in the X rail?
or maybe belt tension? Bearing on the X motor?
Does the motor seem loose? If you move it by
hand with the power off, do you feel anything strange?

I'd start by cleaning/greasing the rail, and cleaning the encoder strip.

Howdy,
I had a similar thing happen on our Epilog Helix when the belt wore. There was a section that had gone smooth and lost some teeth and it was sliding and then re-grabbing causing it to ghost sort of like this.
