Moisture Content for Spanish Cedar

Friends, a quick question, in building my cigar humidor, what is the idea moisture content of the Spanish Cedar before I start cutting the major pieces?

The inside MC should be 70% when the humidor is in use.
I never worried about the MC of my Spanish cedar when cutting.
