Router Lift for Porter Cable 7539 (3hp plunge router)

I want to simplify the adjustment for the router (Porter Cable 7539) in my router table (bench dog - has a smaller opening than most) and was wondering what the community might suggest. I have seen a device called a "Router Raizer" and it appears simple and not expensive option. I also seem to remember someone had design a lift (homemade) for this router but cannot find it.

Any suggestions?
