Can someone tell me why I get a pop-up when I want to log off?

"Are you sure that you want to log off?"

Is there a way to turn this off? I do not think that I have ever found this on other forum that I belong.

I don't know of a way to turn it off. I looked at the personal profile settings and there is nothing in there that appeared to allow you to turn it off. I suspect it's part of VBulletin software.

I believe so. The AAW forum does the same thing, and it is also vBulletin.

I'm on a private computer in my own home, so I never log off at all. I either navigate away from this site, or close IE all together.

Thanks for the replies. I think that just closing the window without logging off is the easiest.

Yeah, it's kind of like the Abbot and Costello version of using Windows. "How do I turn the computer off?" "First, click the start icon.... " only this, to me, is why ask me that? I just told you to log off. Computers are just funny. Jim.
