I once saw a post on here about a site that you put in a couple measurements and it would figure all the sizes and angles for cutting segments for various uses. It was putup bysomeone by the name of Fisher. I can not seem to find it now, any help would would be appreciated.

Haven't seen that one Wally but I use this one. http://www.webring.org/l/rd?ring=woodworking;id=149;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2E segmentedturning%2Ecom%2Fsoftware%2Ehtm Yea it cost $36.95 for the full software but has worked well for me.

I also found this one. Don't know if this helps.

The other one I had in mind is on Larry Marley's site: http://marleyturned.com/Shop_Utilities.html. Larry's site has some excellent info and examples of segmented work . . . and you'll find him on SMC from time to time. His work is my inspiration for working toward doing segmented work . . . but I'm going to spend some time developing my skills on more basic turning for some time before taking that step.
