Vector art needed

I need a vector of The ST Louis Catherdal New Orleans. I have a j- peg and manualy tracing it. The art is being used to make a seal or stamp. The final size will be 4" X 4" so detail is my other problem how much to put in because of size?


My second question is who do you use for vectorizing?
