I'm looking for something smaller and more agile than the dremel flex shaft with a 90 angle for sanding. Dentists have such tools. How about something for woodworkers? I'm looking to remove material from the inside of small guitar (uke) bodies, and dremel stuff is too big.

Why not just use the regular dremel with the angle attachment? I find the flex shaft to be more cumbersom overall.

For 1/8" shank bits like used in Dremel tools I have one of these, although mine wasn't purchased from Northern. Most Industrial Supply stores carry them.

If you want to go smaller, like 1/16 bits (similar to what the dentists use) go here.

I have a pencil grinder and it fits in the sound hole, but still cumbersome. Will give it a try

If you use a pencil grinder, make sure your bits are rated for the rpm's. My slowest one is 54,000, almost twice as fast as a Dremel.

Well, I intend to use a sanding drum. I can adjust RPMs down.
