Hi All
This is a piece I have been working on and it will be on display at an exhibition in England from Friday http://www.celebrationofcraftsmanship.com/.
It was inspired by the maiden voyage of the Titanic. The main box has some art deco inspired marquetry and consists of 3 levels representing the 3 classes on the ship. There are also three tugboat trinket boxes guiding her out.
Main box exterior french polished and tugboats sealed and waxed. Fitted with my Neat hinges and my new neat screws. The neat screws allow for guaranteed slot alignment without the need to back screws of or tighten some up and with no damage to the screw slot – available soon along with a neat lock so keep an eye on my news page
