Does anyone know what material can be used to atach a cap to a valve? Some type of flexiable plastic, that can be streached on to cap and valve so it won't get lost. And has to be laserable

I haven't heard of the application you've described but I frequently use stainless steel tags with Cermark. These are fastened to the valves with wire.

If you just need a holder (without engraving), the High or Ultra-High Density Polyethylene would probably do the job.
The stuff I deal with is 1mm thick and is tough but flexible.
UHDPE does not engrave - you just get a molten mess.

If it needs engraving then nylon (with paint-fill) is a possibility.

Hi Michael, The example I should have given was like the valve and cap an a air bed. they are tethered together.

the product I need has to be flexiable, also they want it white
I only have to make 150 of these, they will be laminated with double stick tape that I use on license plates

they are looking at neopreme I didn,t think it came in white, the total thickness is 1/8" max bonded together
