Hello

My computer is back after a 3day repair and shutting me down. Now that I'm back up - they screwed me up by setting the computer back to factory. Somehow the red isn't being recognized -- just black is working. Where do I find how to turn the setting "on" so either Corel or my laser sees the red and cuts. I have a Pinnacle Mercury 25W - so I don't know what window to go into -- the Corel or Mercury?? And what to look for?

Thank you for any help!!

my laser requires that the color be set to RGB and that red be set at 255 0 0 and line thickness be set to hairline or .0005 or less

open something then click print .Under print you will see the color tab .On the color tab it says color conversion prformed by: choose corel draw. Also in the laser print driver choose manual color fill. Also follow what mark said about RGB.

In Corel , turn OFF all colour management.
