I have an air gun and the plunger on the trigger is brass. It was sticking so I took it apart to clean it. What do I use to lube it with? WD40 or just a allpurpose oil? Or do I lube it at all?

Use air tool or paint gun oil. I would probably use paint gun oil as it won't cause finishing problems should you use the gun to blow off an item being finished.

Brass is self lubricating...
Air Tool Oil makes good lubrication for the o-rings
avoid wd-40

If I remember correctly WD-40 is not is not designed to be a lubricant. If the brass is dry and stays dry graphite will work.
