Converting jpeg to vector art

I am away from my desktop computer which has my coreldraw program.
I am trying to convert this image into vector art form to show a sample of bad art work vs good clean art work. Can anybody tell me how I may be able to do it in Word or where I could email it to somebody to do for me?

Have you tried the trace functionality in your CorelDraw?
