Hello all...I don't have the equipment to resaw a few small boards...does anyone know anyone in eastern pa that could do so for me? I f course would pay. I only have 2 walnut boards about 2 feet long and an inch thick that I want resawn in half and a burl block around 2.5 thick by 8x8 that I want cut into 4 8x8 slices....any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't mind shipping it if I can't find someone local. It's not a whole lot of wood

Frank,

If you were closer I would do it for free. If you dont find someone local, you can ship it to me.

My guess is you will find others here that are closer that can help you out.

Frank-
I'm in Somerset, NJ and would be happy to do it for you (no charge). I have a 19" bandsaw. Pm me if interested. I think I'm about 75 miles from you. If the burl is round, are you averse to cutting a flat on one side?
