Ha! I noticed that to so I looked it up. I believe the its named for the park that's there. Lee Valley Regional Park that "stretches an incredible 26 miles along the leafy banks of the River Lee...." Didn't find any connection to the infamous Canadian family....

Bill, sponsoring these events is more about advertising than anything else, and since there's no ice hockey in the summer olympics....

I don't think even SCMI could remotely justify the cost of sponsoring even a tiny venue like shooting. Many of them are beginning to balk at AWFS and IWF costs and they reach a big audience of their exact customers.
