I'm helping a friend with an old sewing machine that needs some veneer work. I need to get some figured WO veneer as well as oak "sub" veneer. I only need about 5 SF of veneer and even less of the subveneer. Anyone know where I can find these products? Thanks as always.

I would highly recommend Certainly Wood. Call them up an explain what you need, they will make sure you get what you need. And they are happy to have you as a customer. The $12 shipping will increase your price per square foot, which is the down side with smaller quantities. But don't automatically rule them out as their pricing makes up for the shipping a lot of times.

The other option would be to cut your own veneer on a bandsaw.
