Rockler all terrain mobile base

Does anyone have any experience with this mobile base? I am looking at purchasing a cabinet saw and using the Rockler All- Terrain mobile base. The saw is in the 450 pound range.

Any feed back on the base would be much apppriciated.

I have a Grizzly GO690 in the Rockler All-terrain base and it's great. The base locks up tight when I need it to stay in place, when it's time to move it is very smooth. Would buy again!

I have the base and it rolls very easily over my less than smooth garage floor. I originally purchased it for my table saw but I have since stuck it under the band saw as I made the table saw stationary. So far I have no complaints other than the price.

I use the Rockler All-terrain base on my Hammer A3 31 J/P (~600lb). It is very stable and can roll over the big expansion joints in my concrete floor. I would also recommend this base.
