And hopefully the only one of it’s kind. Haven’t spent much time on woodworking forums the last few weeks because my back/neck has had me down in bed and not down in the workshop. Had a nerve block done today so I’m hoping to get back down there soon. Got an incentive coming - Old Street Jack is in the mail.

Wish me luck.

Good luck Tony.

I have mild back and neck pains most of the time. Have had the debilitating ones and know how much of a bummer that can be.

I put down an OrVX subfloor with rubber mats from a defunct fitness center around my bench.

My ginchy left knee has finally stopped throbbing. I found the lights too dim, and when refit with more output, my neck felt better too.
I would say "I feel your pain" but I've got enough of my own, thanks.

We're all in this together, keep your stick on the ice.
