Hello,

here is a link to my picasa web-album with some pictures of my Meber SR 600 bandsaw, built in 1990, 2,2kw, 3 phase 380 Volt italian motor, basic italian euro guides. I am mainly using this saw fur cutting curves and for rough sawing wood blanks, boards etc. Bought it used half a year ago.

Nice saw! Thanks for sharing, I have a soft spot for bandsaw, especially the Italians!

Neat. You don't see Bäuerle bandsaws every day either.

Last two weekends I have been busy with my bandsaws again. Re-sawed some 2inch maple lumber for electric guitar tops.
Tools used:
- Mafell hand circular saw for first cutting the boards into piece being able to handle..
- Meber SR 600 for rough cutting the tops
- Bäuerle planer / joiner for flattening one surface and the edges
- Frommia thickness planer / joiner for getting the raw billets to final and equal thickness
- Bäuerle BS70 Bandsaw with Lenox Woodmaster CT for resawing the 2iinch maple billets into Guitar Tops
