Several months ago Bill posted some photos of a guitar stand that he designed and made.

Here is my version of Bill's design.

I didn't like the straight leg on the back side of Bill's. Thought that it should have the same curve as the two on the front. So I altered that part of his design.

The guitar is one I made for my wife 6-7 years ago.

Mac...I like the delicate lines of the stand. Great work! I like the guitar too!

Very nice indeed. I would only add a pair of crochet muffs to the pegs and bib at the yoke to spare the fine finish on each.

Very nice!! I may have to make myself one!...I recently rescued a bunch of Mahogany from a 1950's house....maybe some of it will become a stand for my Strat.

Wonderful job! I liked that design from the moment I saw Bill's awhile back. I do agree with Steve...the pegs need a little cusioning for the instrument to avoid two hard surfaces rubbing together and maring the finish on either.

If you look real, real close you will see that the pegs have clear soft plastic tubing on them.
