swivel stool with screw height adjustment

A while back someone posted a link to a wooden swivel stool with a height adjustment mechanism that included a heavy wooden threaded screw with the idea of cannibalizing it for a leg vise. I need a stool and as I remember that one would fit the bill perfectly. Does anyone remember where that stool can be found?

Actually Jim, what I am looking for is the complete stool. Someone posted here posted a link to retailer who was selling them. I haven't been able to find anything quite like it.
