You know the deal, you turn the little crank on the top, but the blade doesn't loosen. You are stuck. Found a youtube.com video from eReplacementParts (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3Yf8dUDk28). Paid my $14, including shipping and it works! Blade changes again. Didn't go to the service center. Spent less then a half hour installing my new handle top. Just a screw driver, with a phillips and star bit needed.
