I have a 20" x 20" x 3/4" cherry table top that was in in sunny spot for a day. It is now warped pretty good. How do I fix the warping? Can I fix it?

Do I just flip it over or what?

Your problem is why I never liked the "put cherry in the sun and it will darken right up" advise.

Keep it out of the sun and give it a few days and it will probably straighten out on its own when the moisture content re-equilibrates. If not, you can put the other side in the sun for a little while until it straightens out, but don't try playing that game too often or you run the risk of it cracking.

Take it back out side and expose the other side. It should straighten out.. When you apply the finish be sure to apply equal amounts to each side to prevent future warping.
