Has anyone tried the Shop Fox Right Angle Clamp or the Face Frame Clamp? I bought one of each to give them a shot. I couldn't find a review of them anywhere.

I have not read a review of them either. Sounds like you will be the first! :)

Be sure to make another post after you ahve been able to use them!

The most recent issue of Wood Magazine, April/May 2005, mentions the Shop Fox clamps in an article called "5 Specialty Clamps" on page 63. It's not a review, but it does describe the clamp and several others. I use Kreg pocket hole screws and clamps for face frames myself.

Jim. I have one of their right angle clamps. Bught it a couple of years ago. It will just barely open to accept a 25/32 face frame board. And the end thingie falls off. There is a little rubber thingie thats supposed to keep it on, but doesn't keep it on.
It's just been hanging on the ol pegboard, has been for a long time. I've thought about throwing it out on the back 31, and hang something of value in it's place.
