Did the laser also stop firing when the head stopped?
Does it try to boot? Any movement of the x or y axis or the table itself?
Is perhaps the table touching the upper limit switch?

Move the head by hand to the home position and try start again.

It could be something simple like a dead Servo motor or a dirty/faulty one or a loose/broken cable or it could be something more serious like the motherboard.
Very difficult to diagnose with the little info you give....

Dear Rodne,

Did the laser also stop firing when the head stopped?
Does it try to boot? Any movement of the x or y axis or the table itself?
Is perhaps the table touching the upper limit switch?

Move the head by hand to the home position and try start again.

Did the laser also stop firing when the head stopped? Yes
Does it try to boot? No
Any movement of the x or y axis or the table itself? No
Is perhaps the table touching the upper limit switch? No

As the machine hung up, I immediately power off the machine.
Then again when I started the machine. the machine stopped booting displaying the message
LCM Version <<5>>
and then I turn on/off the machine many times, the machine failed to boot.

Ensure emergency stop is not depressed. I once spent ages trying to determine why spirit would not boot and almost call tech support until i found the switch had got pressed when laying a pex sheet over the machine. Felt like an idiot that day. If it's not that then problem sounds serious.

Sounds like a motherboard problem to me , especially if there is no attempted boot or movement. There is a set of lights on the motherboard that acts like a diagnostic , I dont have the manuals with me right now so don't know what they mean and what should be on but mail GCC or your local agent and ask em to help. GCC themselves are quite good with problems if your local guys arent'
