Has anyone tried using an inlay circle router kit to make a series of smaller concentric inset circles? The kit is a small bit with a brass collar and a bushing that is removed for making the inner cuts.
After cutting out the 1st one (which fits quite nicely), no matter how careful I am lining up for the next one (I set it up with cross-hair lines) the next cut is never the same width around the circumference – parts are wider and others are thinner.
I hope I'm xplaining it well enough and ou get the idea. Any thoughts for making a series of accurate circles? Thanks for the help.
