This is a cradle I built for my grandson, cherry w/Waterlox finish. Thanks for looking.

Looks wonderful. How was the Waterlox to work with? I am building a crib for my first child and am still on the fence about finishing.

Waterlox is my go-to finish. Easy to apply, just brush or wipe-on, durable and easy to repair. Some folks recommend a wash coat of shellac for woods like cherry which are prone to blotching. I kinda like the blotching, especially as it darkens over time.

Awesome all around. That must be extremely satisfying.

A new home for some real precious cargo... Looks like he is settling in quite nicely.
Very nice and congrats on the grandson Dave.
