Shopcraft bandsaw?

There is a 14" shopcraft bandsaw for sale here. $70

Any reason not to buy it?

Is it a 2 wheel or 3 wheel saw? I'm not familiar with shopcraft, but if it's a 3 wheel saw I'd not be interested. I had a 3 wheeler generic when I didn't know any better, and whatever I paid for it, it was too much. Underpowered, poor blade tracking, breaks bands frequently. :(

What is your planned use for this saw? Before we know that it is hard to say if this one will do the job.

But I want it for turning blanks.
