Does anyone have any information about these saws I was thinking about adding a second saw for miscellanies uses? I currently have a nice cabinet saw and have the opportunity to have this saw. Comes with a REXOM 115/230 volt motor.

No real info on the saw but would that be a Rexon motor instead of a Rexom?

I have no idea how good or bad they are, I ran into them a couple of weeks ago researching a bandsaw. It seems they have a presence in the UK, Canada and Australia. If you strike out here on the King you could try the Canadian Woodworking forum, they are fluent in brands like King, Craftex and Beaver etc.

Here is what I do know about the saw….
The table top saw is 40" wide,(web design) 27 1/4" deep and The electric motor is a REXON 1991, model#RM-425, volt 115/230, amp 18/9, rpm 3450, 60 hertz. Left tilt.

A good solid saw. The motor should last a long time as long as it isn't dedicated to full-time commercial use. Fairly close to Grizzly in quality.

I have this model in my shop. I added the King 52" fence system. Added two new Freud cabinet quality 60 tooth blades. Had a welder fabricate an angle iron base around the legs with two good casters so that it is portable within the shop to rip 4' x8' sheet goods. Simply lift it up from the extension end and move around. A real bonus. I agree with Ron, the King and Grizzly are close neighbours. No complaints from me on the quality, the same with any saw that is sold. It takes time to make the proper adjustments. Greg
