Recommend me a good car/tractor/deep cycle battery charger

My battery charger's fan is making funny noises. Going to take it apart and see if I can replace it, but its a Vector brand which was subsequently bought by Black and Decker so I'm guessing there's no hope obtaining parts. This one has 2/10/25A charge settings and a 75A start setting. It also has a reconditioning cycle which seems to be good for the deep cycle battery in my battery backup sump pump. If I can't fix it, what's a good replacement charger?

I saw one on Craig's List in Central Michigan (Mount Pleasant I think). Check For Sale, Farm Equipment and Tools in my area. The price seemed reasonable if I remember correctly.

Might be able to stick a box fan in it. They come in 12 and 115 volt designs.
