Pretty clever using foam to help hold an unusual shape. I can see where that would really make dealing with a cap or other unusual shapes where you don't want to leave any tenons or holes.

Yeah.. I was looking at that, thinking, "what happens if that framework catches something?"

And no faceshield either. Of course if that thing let loose, it probably wouldn't matter. At least he wasn't in the line of fire...
