LOML had some sea fans she couldn't hang on the wall, so asked me to make a stand up base. Chunk o' cherry to the rescue - about 4" diameter; BLO, WTF & buff. Fan is epoxied in place, with sand sprinkled on the epoxy to give it that "authentic ocean ambiance." :rolleyes: Second pic is the underside of the base.

Then why am I spending today doing flatwork? (building a shelf to go beside the laser so I can empty all the boxes o' stuff I got with it... Would much rather be making curlies or smoke. )
