Hi all, I have 2 trotecs, a speedy 1 (about 10 years old) that has a 25 watt tube and it rarely gets used but it has a rotary, I also have a new speedy 300 that is used all the time but it has no rotary.

My question is, has anybody converted an old rotary setup to the new one? The new one has 12 holes for the plug and the old has 20. I'm extremely keen for some feedback on this as it will save me a few $$ because the only reason i haven't sold the old one is due to the rotary feature

sell the old one to pay for, or offset, a new one for your 300. Since it is used all the time it should pay for itself quickly

That would also be my suggestion.
