Anybody out there used one of the newly manufactured Stanley #92s?
They can be had NIB from Amazon for $75 (which is less than they go for NIB on e-bay)
I'm sure LN and Veritas are superior.... but at two to three times the price, they are way out of my hobby price range.
So I can live with some set up time to re-grind the blade back and sole if need be....
But am wondering if the design and steel quality is any good.
