Need Advice on Children's Rocker Plans - Jigsaw Puzzle Design

I've been poking around on the web looking for plans/designs for plans to build 3 children's rocking chairs. These chairs will need to break down for shipping so it seems that the interlocking plywood (jigsaw puzzle) style is ideal. Can anyone recommend a particular design or set of plans?

And now to my second question. My grandchildren are all different sizes so the 3 chairs will all will need to be different sizes also. Is there any rule of thumb on how big the chair should be versus the size of the child?

Have you done a search yet? I think that someone here made these type of chairs and posted plans.

I searched the web and came up with a couple of possibilities. However with Don's suggestion I search the Creek and found a jigsaw puzzle chair thread from 2009. So back to my original questions......has anyone built any of these, and how do I size it for different sized children?
