Menards Lifetime Tool Warranty?

I'm looking at a Table saw on C/L in like new condition and owner states it's covered by a Menards Transferable Lifetime warranty. Even though I have a Menards close by and have bought a few things in the past, I'm unfamiliar with this warranty. Does anyone have experience with Menards regarding this?

If you have a Menard's close by I would think that that would be the place to get a written copy of their warranty and get your questions answered.

What you really want to know is how good is the machine.

Thanks for the info, I was unable to check with Menards when I initially posted although did today and it seems the C/L seller was inaccurate.
