I like the small turning [for real] instead of using allen wrenches to make the turning tools, will you consider using concrete nails ?

Pretty neat Ed! I assume you are using holly. That would be tough to do with most other woods.

Sounds like a winner to me. I'll give that a try the next time I need to hollow out something tiny.

Yes, It's all Holly. I couldn't find anything else as good. I do have some Mountain Laurl that would work, but it's a lot harder than Holly.
