New member says hello

Hi everyone.

I stumbled onto this site last week when I was Googling advice on finishing a cherry table I had stripped, and so I decided to become a member the other day.

I went to trade school for 3 years back in the 80's to learn cabinetmaking and have been making furniture on and off for about 25 years when time allows.
I'm thinking of getting back into furniture making in a more serious way and this looks like the place to be!
