Has any one made/used/have, etc. a bodger's mitt? Chris S. mentioned one in a blog post back in 07. Seems like a handy thing to have when sticking a moulding.

Thanks,

Hoss

Wonder if maybe just a soft leather gardening style glove wouldn't do the trick? Either that or a leather bicycling glove would be nice.

I'm sure it would, I was just looking for something more "traditional".

I wonder if a SailMaker's palm (http://www.duckworksbbs.com/sailmaking/palm/index.htm) would serve?

Duluth trading sells a padded palm version (http://www.duluthtrading.com/store/product/work-gloves-ironclad-mach-5-impact-gloves-20569.aspx?kw=gloves&processor=content) that looks like it was a bicyclist's glove.
I ran a bead on some Angelim Pedra for my backyard bench, using rounds.

A basic, thin deerskin glove was perfectly adequate - good feel, no splinters and cheap.
