Extra long drill bits?

Where is the best place to find replacement bits for certain screw center punches? These are the ones that are extra long and have a flat place drilled on the side about the bottom third down.

If you're thinking of the snappy style then snappytools do carry replacement bits for their center drill bits. Do a google search and you'll find places that carry them or you can find a dealer from the snappytools web site.
