I feel like this topic was discussed fairly recently, but I can't find anything when I search. What is your favorite magazine for turning? Do you use a web or print version?

I think this may be the thread you were looking for: http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?162072-Wood-Turning-Magazine-of-Choice

I subscribe to "America Woodturner" because I'm a member of the AAW and I like to see work I could never possibly emulate.
I subscribe to "Woodturning Design" because many of the projects I might actually be able to accomplish.
I will buy the occasional issue of "Woodturning" if I see a project that interests me in it. The local B&N has it on their newsstand so I can scan through it when I see it.

All on paper. It's just more convenient.

Thanks for all your help. Sounds like the AAW will get a new member soon.

Allen, the next time I turn a magazine, I'll post the finished product.

I like Sunset, Smithsonian and Bon appetit. I love to turn stuff and read about food and history!

Eric:

If you do become an AAW member, you will get access to all of the old issues in digital format. Personally I'm a member of AAW and subscribe to Woodturning design.
