I need help with finding a shipping agent for laser from Shenhui

I contacted an agent from NY that I was referred to and he quoted me 1275 total door to door.

A forum member ordered the exact same laser and parts, and he lives a few hours south of me and he paid 732!

I need someone reputable please.
