Elm, cherry and oak you say? Don't mind if I do.

Found some more elm, not as colorful as the last but several pieces show promise, too bad the best looking ones were toward the base of the tree where it split out. Also gathered up some cherry and oak. Oak has some spalting in the sapwood but the last oak I turned had the same and it turned out kinda bleh and not great looking in the end. Maybe this will be different.

Congrats on all that wood Jeremy! You could always try to get the Oak to continue spalting - seeing as how the fungi needed are already present!

It looks like the Elm has some nice spalting going on already, that and the Cherry should keep you busy while the Oak either spalts or becomes firewood.
