Camtech L20 Laser Problem double engraving?

Can anyone maybe give me a clue on what to start fixing when the images double engave? I've calibrated it to a T and checked everything with the motor and its all running good. Any input would be helpful i will post pictures soon to show the double engraving. Thanks

one common/silly reason for double engraving (more like a shadow of the engraving) is a loose
screw holding a mirror.. especially in the moving head. Tickle voltage can also cause a problem.
