So....Hello all. Long-time lurker here....lots of good woodworking on this sight.
Down to it: I'm replacing the magnetic switch assembly on my Shop Fox 8" jointer. All's well in the owner's manual, except that they seem to have left out a wire in the diagram.
I'm trying to hook up, specifically, the wires that run from the Control Panel to the contactor. All wires are represented in the diagram (black, blue, green, white) except the red one, and that's the one I now need to hook up.
All contact points are clearly labeled (1L1, 2T1, etc).....but the Owner's Manual doesn't indicate where the red wire should go.
If anybody knows, please share. Thank you!
