I just purchased a very clean set of Stanley BX-32 1/2 No. 100 RJ auger bits and see that they were made in Sheffield England. I am wondering if the quality is as good as American made Stanley Russell Jennings or were all of Stanley Russell Jennings Bits made in England. The box label indicates "Stanley Tools Div. of Stanley Works, New Britain Conn.

Same quality. Later bits made in the UK had thinner shanks. Bits were first made here.

Thanks Gary, good to know. It's a nice set looks like only two bits have been used and no rust.
