Like Bernie, I really like the blue one. I have a twin to one of the cherry bowls that I used every day.

Nice form on the bowls. I like the blue one as well, but the cedar is my favorite. I like the marble look.

Jenny, looks like you have been cranking them out!! Nice work.
I would suggest using larger images and compress them down to reach the 107KB posting size. A "1024 x whatever" image, compressed to about 50-60% should be approximately the right size and will provide a much better viewable image.

Thanks for the positive comments. I replied to Jim's question about size but I'm not sure where that reply shows up? I see I have a couple of comments from the Upper Michigan crowd, so 'hey' to the UP (If you know where Harvey, MI is, you've definately spent some time in the UP, and yes, I know where Manistique is too!).
FYI, a little more of my work was recently posted in the Woodworking projects forum.

Jenny, I saw your boxes over there and they are very nice - and, very imaginative! You obviously like to venture away from the norm.

Hi Jenny, I love your bowls expecially the dyed one, When I turn poplar if I can't get some of the heart wood in the turning I believe that dying would be a great idea. I plan on trying that in the future. I really like the blue color.
