Parkin Permit Hangers

I have a client that need 200+ parking permit hangers.
Bright yellow, a full color logo and numbered for registration.
Haven't done these before any recommendations?

I do have a vinyle cutter and a pigment printer so I could do
the cuttouts if necessary.

Anyone use a special vendor?

Looks like Sublimation might work

I did some a few years ago, laser cut 1mm abs with applied printed vinyl, plotter cut with a slight outside contour, applied to the ABS and hand trimmed with Olfa knife. Only 50 so the labor wasn't too bad.

Thanks Mark! They had blank ones for about $.50ea not too bad.

I sent a layout for approval, they're nervous about peeling, I have done outdoor vinyl for them
and told them it was the same stuff, that eased their mind a bit. They may decide on just a
laminated rectangle. Whichever they use I did bookmark this site and will probably order
some, just to have some stock!
