Some may remember my thread about the Nova Titan chuck a while back. Teknatool changed the specs on the reintroduced chuck and I shipped mine back to Amazon unused as I wasn't happy with the changes.
I was speaking with a local turner on Friday and learned that another local turner was liquidating his shop due to health issues and had a nearly new Titan chuck (original NZ made model) for sale for a VERY reasonable price. I immediately made a call to the other turner and told him to consider it sold.
I picked it up Saturday morning and also picked up another Supernova2 in a package deal that totaled less than the list price for a new Titan from Amazon. Now I need to find a set of Titan Powergrip jaws to put on it.
